Kick off your boots and relax a spell in this quiet, private apartment. Fully stocked kitchen so you can fix your own grub if you like, or mosey downtown for a bite or cup of coffee. Plenty to do around town or hiking in the nearby hills, then take in a soak at world famous Lava Hot Springs. The TV has a Roku, so you gotta bring your own codes and passwords to stream movies. Wireless Internet is up and running. Everything is on one level, but there are a couple of steps up to the front door. This is a one bedroom apartment with the bathroom adjoining. The sofa fold out bed in in the living room. There are hard wood floors, tile in the bathroom, and vinyl in the kitchen. It's a historic duplex that's been newly renovated. There’s a digital keypad entry to which your personal code will be sent before your arrival. We like to know that our guests arrive safely, but we respect your privacy. Please let us know if you have questions or needs. Our guest apartment is in historic old-town Pocatello. It's a quiet residential neighborhood a block and a half from the city library and walking distance to shops in old town. Pocatello streets are pretty easy to navigate in a car and you can shop at Costco, Cal-Ranch, malls and big selection of fast food and restaurants just a few miles north into the Chubbuck area. Or, you can catch public transit bus at the Marshall Library only 1.5 blocks away. Walking around historic downtown Poky gets you more eateries and coffee shops, antique shopping, and more. Take in the 1st Friday Art Walks if you're in town. Wednesday afternoon and Saturday mornings attend the Farmers' Market with fun and eats. Poky also has a great public park system, city outdoor recreation program, and fishing and fun at the Portneuf Wellness Complex. Idaho State University is close and includes the world-class Stevens Performing Arts Center. This is a duplex and there is a chance for noise between the adjoining apartments, so please be aware and respectful.
