This cozy cabin was built in 1970s from lumber and stones off of it's land. It is on a dead end road with only 5 other houses. If you want to peer through the woods you can see Nemo Road. Your hosts are two of the neighbors so we are here to help. Everyone else keeps to themselves and are quiet. The wildlife can make noise from time to time. Rapid City is the largest city located near Mt Rushmore. Two Pines is 45 minutes from Mt. Rushmore and 20 minutes to Pactola Reservoir. Traffic is light except during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally the first week of August. It is 15-20 minutes from Rapid City. There is parking for a Camper and two car Garage. Getting around is easy either with wheels or feet as there are many hiking trails close by. Cell phone coverage works within Two Pines but guest can lose coverage for a small amount of time as they pass the Black Hills National Forest sign. Wifi calling will start working in addition as you approach, your home away from home.
