I have countless good memories associated with this house and property such as playing ball in the backyard, exploring the small stream that runs through the property, catching fire flies during the summer and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit are just a few. I'm sure that you will love it also. There is a large driveway with lots of parking. The house is 5 minutes from I-95 and 10 minutes from commuter rail which takes you into Baltimore Penn Station. We are about 20 minutes from Johns Hopkins and about 25 minutes from Aberdeen Proving Ground. We are also about 10 minutes to Gunpowder State Park (spans along the Chesapeake Bay, with some beach) and about 20 minutes to Rocky Point State Park (beautiful views of the Bay with picnic and larger beach areas.)
