The fireplace has an electric insert that can easily be removed for burning wood. Refrigerator with top freezer includes an ice maker. The commuter train ("Trax") station red line is an 9-minute walk away, taking you downtown and to the University of Utah campus, and a bus stop is on the street just 20 feet from the residence.
