Just two minutes drive from Custer State Park entrance; walking distance to Stockade Lake. Ten or (15) minutes from Sylvan Lake. My place is fantastic for families, children, and groups. Share the acreage only with a few RVs (for groundskeepers). A beautifully-renovated house on 20 peaceful acres. Used to be rented as a private Bed & Breakfast before we bought it and we turned it into one beautiful rental. ***Important Room Information*** The (2) basement bedrooms each have (2) twin-over-full bunk beds in them. The listing indicates the correct number of beds; but please know that all basement beds are bunk beds. Both basement bedrooms have (2) sets of bunk beds in them, and each bedroom sleeps a total of (6) guests if you sleep 3 per bunk bed, which gets us to the total number of beds listed for the unit.
