Beautiful spacious ranch house less than a mile east of the OU campus. Easy walk to the Mont and large driveway for multiple car parking. Great place for family and friends to get away for the weekend or enjoy events on the OU campus. GREAT game day house. It is a quiet neighborhood so loud parties are not allowed. The house is a spacious 3 bedroom ranch with a full living room, dining room, and a game room. Two large sofas in formal living can be used for extra sleeping as well as blow-up beds. Great location. Guests will have access to the entire house. The home has a lovely patio in back that is great for having a cup of coffee in the morning or hosting a tailgate party. We are not on site at the house but are available for any questions or help needed. The house is in a well established neighborhood in Norman with large trees and a park right across the street. The house has a large driveway that can hold numerous cars. It is an easy walk to OU campus events. We do not allow filming of any kind on this property without express permission of the owner.
