This special place is close to almost everything in Boothbay Harbor, making it easy to plan your visit. Our beautiful semi-secluded property has several outside decks and is only a ¼ mile from the Footbridge & the new Eastside Waterfront Park. This very cool venue has a new bath, kitchenette and a queen size bed in the large bedroom, a full-sized bed in the sleeping loft & a queen size pullout couch, being able to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults or 5 with friendly smaller people. This property has wonderful gardens, and a unique cottage style interior, with airy bedroom with a sleeping loft above it, in the front turret. The kitchenette has a skylight, movable counter, coffee maker, small oven, hot plate and a refrigerator, as well as plates and utensils. We added a new (Spring 2023) heat pump to improve the quality of your stay during the shoulder months or during stormy weather. Guests enter the common entry hall and then through a private door to the guest wing, that leads into the kitchenette and next to their private bathroom. There is also a sitting room with pull-out couch with a queen-sized bed, on this level. The driftwood stairway leads to the bedroom with queen-sized bead, and the sleeping loft with a double-sized bed, is located above the bedroom. Located next to the former Mount Pisgah Art Colony just a short walk to everything going on in the inner harbor waterfront. Very close to 2 public waterfront parks. There are local taxis, as well as a trolly, but this is a very walkable location to shops, restaurants and the working waterfront. The access to the sleeping loft is better suited to young people, as its stairway is non-conventional and could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. (The views from the bedroom are nice & those from the loft are great.)
