We would love to host you in our cozy carriage house in Longmont's eclectic and funky Prospect Newtown. Restaurants, bars, coffee, yoga, hair salons, and so much more are all just a short walk from the front door. And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away. Small dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a $125 pet fee that is not included in your quote. We do not accept cats. Please read our House Rules regarding pets prior to booking. Our Carriage House on the Park is designed and equipped to be your home away from home. With comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious desk, a large-screen tv, you will have everything you need to work, play and relax. This comfortable, quiet and sophisticated space has been designed above our detached garage with no shared walls and overlooking a private park. It is accessed by a single flight of interior stairs. A private parking space is provided steps from the front door. While we humbly request you leave your large pets at home, small dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $125 pet fee. Guests who arrive with any pets without prior authorization will be charged a $250 assessment in addition to the $125 pet fee. The Carriage House is situated above out detached garage with a private entrance. You have access to the entire space. We want your stay to be as relaxing, comfortable and worry-free as possible. We live on-site in the main house and are available to answer questions, make restaurant recommendations, offer local information and deal with any problems you may have. If we are away while you are here, we will provide contact information for close neighbors who will be more than happy to act on our behalf. We have parks with hammocks, restaurants, a bakery, a coffee shop, boutiques, a barber shop, and a multitude of ways to exercise--all just outside the door. Longmont is an up-and-coming artist community with all the amenities of modern suburbia and all the friendliness of small-town America. We are centrally located with easy access to Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado skiing, Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking, biking, the University of Colorado, Colorado State University, University of Denver, University of Northern Colorado and all the majesty of the Rocky Mountain Front Range landscape.
