There is plenty of seating, a gas fire place and large TV for your comfort. Enjoy the mild southern spring evenings with dinner and drinks on the deck while sitting next to the cozy fire from the chiminea. We strive to make your visit to the Masters unforgettable so we will consider any special requests. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located on the main floor as well as a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs, you will find a second master bedroom a with large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms that share a private full bathroom. This home has been freshly painted and has all new kitchen stainless steel appliances as well as new furniture throughout. We strive to make your visit to the Masters unforgettable so we will consider any special requests you may have. Guests have access to gated nature trails in the neighborhood along with a small playground. The home is all yours for the time of your stay. We are available to answer any questions you my have! Evans is close enough to the action, but just far enough away to relax. We have a great neighborhood to relax in and take a stroll down to the nature trails along the Savanah River in the neighborhood. Enjoy the neighborly feel of Sumter Landing! Getting around will be easiest with your own car, but ride services do operate especially during the Masters Tournament. Time to Augusta National is about 15 minutes, 20 with traffic. It’s close enough, yet also in its own quiet neighborhood.
