Designer decorated and fully furnished, this bright and cozy cabin has anything you would need, including wall air conditioning units! Pet-friendly with an additional fee/deposit. You will notice such caring touches throughout the house, even down to the comfy mattresses! A true gem. Just walk around the side of the house to access the trail to the creek behind the property to enjoy a little nature walk and perhaps even a dip in the water if its warm enough! We only have one neighbor and they help to care for the place and make sure you have what you need! On the other side of the house is a storage unit. This cabin is surrounded by woods in the back but there will be a bug or two or a cobweb although we clean carefully, it can happen in minutes! There is no way for us to prevent this. Welcome to the woods! You'll get the entire house, front and back yard, 30 foot pool (May 15 - Sept 30), hot tub and very large deck overlooking the woods. Property manager is just a quick text (or call) away to answer any questions or address any issues that may arise. Also neighbors are helpful and knowledgeable about the cabin. A beautiful quiet area near the ski slopes and Ohiopyle. Roaring Run (a cute little creek) is right behind the house. Perfect for any season. Watch the leaves turn in the fall, ski in the winter and soak up in the hot tub, enjoy the flowers blooming in the spring and have a pool party in the summer! Plenty of parking, fits 4 cars. You can get around mostly by car but there are bike trails right next to the property. Please note, no parties are allowed and if you wish to have an event, please let me know in advance. (neighbors are particular and pays attention so please be honest about the number of people ) During the summer months we have a pool!!! We do charge extra for propane heating during your stay, based on usage. We also have a Hot Tub!!! All private!!! pool opens June 1st through September 30. propane prices to heat the pool will be added to the stay as follows: June 1-June 15 $60 per night June 15-aug 25 $50 per night Aug 25-sept 10 $60 per night Sep 10- Sep 30 $70 per night
