This is a fantastic beach block home that we recently renovated and updated with new furniture and modern beach decor. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths -- open the kitchen sliding door to hear the waves crashing or walk to the beach in 30 seconds! Beach: Oceanside beach access at the end of the street. We're the 5th house from the beach and offer beach towels, chairs, and 8 beach tags provided. Indoors: Central air, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 5 beds, new furniture, and beach decor. TVs, Apple TVs for streaming, wifi, BluRay player, Xbox 360 w/games, board games, and books for the unfortunate rainy days. Linens and towels provided. Outdoors: Small backyard with patio chairs and table with umbrella, grill, coolers, cornhole. Outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. Off-street parking for 5+ cars. Tesla charger available (additional fee). Additional: You also have access to our detached garage converted to a pseudo rec room. Perfect for storing bikes, fishing gear, beach stuff, etc. Our home is all one story and there are only 4 steps (just getting into the house). Perfect for toddlers or anyone who has trouble with stairs. We are usually in Brigantine and just minutes away in the event you need anything. Brigantine is a very quiet, cozy and relaxing family friendly town that you will enjoy year round! There are restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, playgrounds, golfing and fishing just minutes away. Atlantic City is just a 10 minute drive/cab/Uber/Lyft ride away offering endless daytime and nightlife options! We have plenty of recommendations that we'll share when you book! There is beach access at the end of the block and everything else is within a 5 minute car ride! We have 2 young children and can recommend all the places to take the kids in and around Brigantine.
