The cottage is full of light, has wooden floors, a kitchen and is a separate building on property . The cottage has a view of pond and surrounding forest. There is a large deck on 2 sides of the cottage. The cottage is entirely for guest use I am available by text, I live on the property. We are close to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, skiing, an ice rink, an art museum, farmers markets. Our property borders Route 30 on the south side. We are 5 miles from downtown Manchester. There is traffic along route 30 during the day and early evening and headlights can be seen passing by the cottage. The majority of windows face out towards the property and the lake in the mountains, but I want people to be aware that it is not isolated in the woods:) Guests will need a car Dogs are allowed for a fee of $35
