Brand new efficient tiny home centrally located just eight blocks from historical downtown Livingston and four blocks to the famous Yellowstone River. This luxury home is clean and modern yet maintains its Montana charm with warm wood accents and rustic touches. The space comfortably sleeps four people and is fully stocked with everything you may need for a relaxing stay. COVID 19 INFO: In addition to our current stringent cleaning protocol, we are being sure to sanitize all high-touch surfaces including banisters, remotes, light switches, and door knobs. All linens are being washed on "sanitize" cycles. We spent a year building this small home ourselves from the ground up and made it as efficient as possible. The home is warm and inviting with hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, and repurposed materials throughout. The space can accommodate up to four guests with a queen bed in the loft bedroom and a full sleeper sofa bed in the living area. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, an apron sink, and is fully stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal to enjoy on the outdoor patio or at the breakfast bar. The spacious bathroom and full sized washer and dryer ensure that you will stay comfortable no matter how long you stay. The home is located in our backyard with its own yard and patio to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or home cooked meal. We will be available for anything you need throughout your stay and love interacting with our guests and answering any questions you may have about our favorite little Montana town! We are quiet and laid back, and happy to give you however much space you need. The tiny house is just a short walk to downtown Livingston! We are only 1.5 blocks from Neptune's Brewery, which brews their own beer in a a fun, nautical themed environment . There is a diverse array of restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shops to see downtown, as well as a cute movie theater, all less than a 15 minute walk away. We are proximate to G Street park and splash pad, Sacajawae Park, walking paths along the Yellowstone River, and a small organic market. If you are interested in going to Yellowstone Park, we are less than an hour to the Gardiner entrance! There is plenty of parking on our street, and Livingston is very easy to navigate in either your car/truck/motorcycle or by foot! We have two dogs, a cat, and four chickens who are all very friendly and will occasionally be in our yard. They will not be in the tiny house area, but feel free to reach over the fence and give them love.
