This is a small farmhouse chic cottage situated on a residential 17+ acre farm aptly named, Abundant Grace Farm, in beautiful Bucks County, PA. Nestled in rural Milford Township with easy access to Philadelphia, Allentown and Bethlehem by way of Route 309, I-476 (PA Turnpike), and I-78. This cozy space is ideal for the solo traveler--business or pleasure--a couples' weekend getaway, or small family trip. Guests can park in the private entrance with an overhang. Free Wifi is also available. Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright and refurbished eat-in kitchen on the first floor which comfortably sits four. Full-size appliances, including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and sink accompany the counterspace, along with coffee maker and basic kitchen necessities like utensils and glassware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living area with an adjustable folding futon, couch, and HD/LED Smart TV, ready for your NETFLIX, YouTube or streaming media subscriptions. Make your way up to the second floor of the cottage, which has two bedrooms that can sleep up to four guests comfortably; one equipped with a queen bed and memory foam top, and the other a trundle bed with 2 x twin mattresses with plenty of space for a children's pack-and-play or bassinet. A bathroom with tub/shower shares the second floor space, accessible to both rooms. Clean linens and basic toiletries such as toilet paper and hand soap are provided. (It should be noted that the bathroom is on the smaller side, with limited headroom in the shower area due to the roof pitch; a handheld shower head is installed) The cottage and carport are exclusively for the guest(s). We are just opening and would love to host you! We welcome our guests to respectfully walk the property and enjoy the peaceful country life with serene sunset views across the fields and meadow. Our property and rustic barn also offer numerous opportunities for unique photos and backdrops throughout any season. During your stay if you need anything at all just let us know (Pack n' Play, Additional Towels, Town and Restaurant Recommendations, etc.). The cottage is located in rural, Bucks County; just minutes from the heart of Quakertown and Coopersburg.
