This is an upper floor private room in an apartment that has its own bathroom and mini-fridge. The upper deck is reserved for the larger units on the 2nd floor; the courtyard below is for all guests to use. I work 20 minutes away from the home if I'm needed for any sort of emergency please feel free to call anytime. Street cleaning now occurs on Monday (on the street alongside the building) and Wednesday across the street from the building. Parking in the alley is prohibited, and any parking tickets incurred are the sole responsibility of the guest. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.
