Entrance to Yellowstone NP a 53-mile stunning drive. 23 mi to Bozeman, 29 mi to Bridger Bowl and 35 to airport. Please be advised that our flat is on the third floor and there are no elevators in the building, requiring you to climb 2 flights of stairs. The views from our 3rd floor balcony and windows are wonderful and worth the short climb. The living space has been tastefully outfitted with high quality furnishings and local art. Due to limitations on gas and wood burning stoves, we provide an electric fireplace that will enhance the living room's feel, and added warmth in the colder months. There are comfy blankets, a leather sofa, chairs and ottomans along with a chest/coffee table with storage. The living room has a 70 in Vizio tv with local stations via youtubetv along with streaming tv options. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, spacious master bathroom/shower with a great walk-in closet. Guest bath includes tub. The main room and master bedroom are air-conditioned which is rare in Montana. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed with a nice working area and bookshelf. The kitchen has everything you will need to host a dinner for a family or group. We've got plenty of coffee/tee options, along with brand new, high quality appliances including a microwave, toaster, cutting boards, knives, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Our pantry will provide some of the cooking basics and if there is something you need, Albertson's super market is a short walk away. Balcony includes small Weber propane grill and 2 Adirondack chairs. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. We have installed top-down/bottom up shades that limit construction activity view while keeping beautiful views of Absoroka Range to the south east and Wineglass Mountain range to the southwest. Views of the mountain ranges from 4 rooms help magnify our boho mountain zen vibe. Again, please note that this is a 3-story building with no elevator - that means you will walk up two flights of stairs to get to our unit. All rooms are accessible except for a storage/owner's closet outside the apartment. I am available by Airbnb message system and will answer any questions you might have about our place. If a phone call or text is needed, that can be arranged. We are located on the desirable south side of Livingston and the town center is at your disposal, just over a mile away. The town is historic (just visit the Murray Hotel and Murray Bar) but also vibrant and welcoming with new and old cafes, bars, restaurants and many retail options. We’re still discovering the many outdoor options but obviously the Yellowstone River is at the center of things. There’s a great dog park and Sacajawea Park is spectacular. The walking and biking trails to and from our condo complex make getting around Livingston easy with or without a car. Bozeman is a 23 mile jaunt through the Bozeman pass, west along I-90. The city has plenty to offer and is a booming little town. It is with the trip to stroll down Main Street and check out the shops, bars and restaurants. The ride south down 89 through Emigrant and Pray and into Gardiner is breathtaking and worth the trip. There are some cool hang out spots along the way including the Old Saloon and Sage Lodge in Emigrant, in addition to the natural beauty of Paradise Valley. You can walk to Albertson's, the full service grocery chain 250 yards away. There is also a great little walk or drive through coffee spot in the Albertson's lot to get your latte or expresso fix. Downtown Livingston is accessible by foot along a path or an easy and short ride away, a little over a mile away. Rosa's Pizza is just down 89 a few hundred yards away as are a number of other shops, including fishing and outdoor accessory stores. Parking is available out front in spaces marked with an “O” or also on the side of the building. Please do not park in numbered spaces as they are reserved for that unit owner.
