My 2nd floor, 1 bath apartment (sleeps 4) has 2 bedrooms, futon couch in living area, full kitchen, deck, air conditioning, wireless internet, and out door shower. We are located 1 mile from town and beaches in the least expensive taxi zone. Need more room? Can be combined with the Block Island Studio Apartment (also listed on Airbnb) to add 2 more people. The studio can be assessed internally and adds a queen bed and double futon couch with a full bath and kitchenette. It is rented seperately. Block Island historic property in the 'Old Town', initially build around 1850, this property housed the General Store. Completely renovated in 1985 by owner, amenities include air conditioning and the ability to rent as a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 5 bedroom, weekly or nightly with flexible dates. Each floor has a full bath, while the 1st and 2nd floor (sleeps 6 on each floor, each are seperate rentals) have a full kitchen the third floor has a privacy entrance, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave and sink with an open floor plan and can be rented separately as a 1 bedroom (sleeps 4). This Historic Property(1850's) has been completely renovated and is located about 1 mile from town and beaches and 1/2 mile to New Harbor and the Oar Restaurant. The house has 3 rentals of which (2) are a 2 bedroom (prices on this website reflect the 2 bedroom only), 1 bath on each floor, queen sofa bed on 1st floor, double futon couch on 2nd floor, sleeps 6 max in each 2 bedroom apartment. Amenities include wood floors, tile baths, DishTV, granite and tile counter tops , air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen. The studio has a privacy entrance and can be included with the 2 bedroom to make it an a joining 3 bedroom rental or can be rented separately. Amenities include open floor plan, queen bed, double futon couch, refrigerator, toaster oven, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. Can be rented Sunday to Friday (midweek, 3 night minimum) weekends-Friday-Sunday (2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends) or weekly. My 2nd-floor has a private deck with grill and table/chairs that is private and not shared with other guests. I reside in the back building as a summer residence so if you need anything I am available by text. We are 1 mile from town and beaches in the least expensive taxi zone. If you do not bring your car, other options are taxis, or you can rent bikes or mopeds or cars. I can arrange for you to be picked up to rent bikes from the property.
