The space The master bedroom offers a spacious & luxurious en-suite equipped a blow dryer and double sinks. It’s located on the main floor & features a king size bed and walk-in closet. There are 4 other bedrooms 2 on the upper level and 2 in the basement. All feature a queen size bed with 2 side tables and fresh clean linens. Both share an adjoining bathroom on the floor. The loft is fantastically equipped with 3 full over full bunk beds so guests will have no problem finding space. It also features a massive 75” TV and seating area with 2 huge comfortable beam bags. There’s even a card & board game & reading nook in the loft including a game table so guests can enjoy playing on every level. The basement is full of light with a span of windows and handsomely equipped with entertainment galore. Featuring a ping pong table, couch and entertainment area including another 75” TV and a shuffle board. Finally the yard makes us so happy because guests enjoy a beautifully landscaped space to unwind and enjoy nature. There’s horse shoe game and volleyball net ready to play & the fire pit is huge & offers a great space to relax together under the stars. Guest accessibility Guests enjoy a myriad of choices when it comes to accessing activities in the area including horse back riding, ATV rental, boat and water jet rentals or bring your own SUPs kayaks etc and have fun out on the water! Just a few minute ride to the boat launch in the community you’ll discover a grassy park and access to Henry’s reservoir. The park includes picnic tables & shade, it’s a beautiful place to spend the day playing & even view a glorious sunset! Restaurants are not too far away. Just drive back to the main Hwy & head a bit north, you’ll find pizza and ice cream at Mack’s inn and across the way Café Sabór (a Mexican cuisine). Community has boat dock, access to Island Park Reservoir and park.
