There are two large yard areas equipped with a privacy fence so you can enjoy without having to worry about the neighbors. The firepit, badminton, corn hole, kayaks & paddle boat rentals and multiple sitting areas should keep you plenty busy! THINGS TO DO: Lavon Lake - Direct Access Lavon Lake is a freshwater reservoir located in southeast Collin County, Texas. Shoreline length: 121 miles. Fishing is popular with the prevalent fish species being the largemouth bass, white bass, blue catfish, and crappie. Boat rentals, kayak, commerical and recreational activities. Little Ridge Park - 1.4 Miles Entry to the park is free. There are 28 day-use covered picnic tables. There is a beautiful beach area to use for swimming. There is also a very nice 3-lane boat ramp. This park is great for a day getaway with the family. It is clean, quiet and a joy to visit. We cannot recommend this park enough. The lake access is public, however, there are rarely any other visitors. The house next door is also an airbnb which we manage, so in all likelihood those would be the only other people using the lake.
