The 50" TV swivels so wherever you are in the open concept first floor you will be able to view your favorite shows. The first-floor wave themed bedroom includes a full bathroom, perfect for those who prefer not to use the stairs. The second floor has three spacious bedrooms. Enjoy the comfort of an adjustable King size bed in the master bedroom/ensuite. Two other bedrooms include a double/twin with trundle bed where 3 to 4 kids can sleep comfortably, and the third bedroom has a double bed and is extra special with access to the front deck. A shared full bathroom with bathtub/shower is on the 2nd floor perfect for soaking after a hot day! Moving up to the 3rd floor, the loft bedroom is so much fun! The townhouse, located on the corner of Fred Hudson Road and Cedar Neck Road in Ocean View. Centrally located within walking distance of a grocery store and local eateries. With a saltwater pool, guests can enjoy the beach or lounge at the pool all day. 1 car garage parking is available. There are also open parking spaces in front of the townhouse. Linens and towels are not provided. You can bring them, or we can recommend a local supplier who rents linens and towels that drop off and pick up. There are two parking spaces available officially (garage and parking space). Guests can park parallel in front of their unit at their own risk. Gated Saltwater pool is available in season. Swim at your own risk/there is not a lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass is allowed in the pool area. Throwing balls in the parking lot is not allowed. All sofa beds have a safe sleeper board and mattress pad located in the room closet. The sofa bed support board goes underneath the mattress for added comfort. The mattress pad goes over the mattress. Before folding the bed up, please remove the support board/bar shield. You are welcome to use any non-perishables. Please throw away any perishable items that are not going home with you. A propane BBQ grill is available. Please remember to turn off the propane and before you leave, clean and cover the grill. To use the smart TVs you will need to log into your account. The thermostat is on a program. You are welcome to adjust the temperature, if you need to. There are fairly old generic boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage. You are welcome to use them. Please fold up chairs and put back where you found them in the garage after use.
