Located just 3 miles from Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park where you’ll find miles of white, sandy beaches and native wildlife, including bird sanctuary ; 8 miles to lively Myrtle Beach; just across the highway from Murrells Inlet Marshwalk and famous seafood restaurants; house is off the beaten path in a residential neighborhood. If you’re looking to relax & have time to yourselves, but still enjoy all that the Grand Strand has to offer, this is your home away from home!  Located near the Intercoastal Waterway near Wachesaw Plantation Golf Course. One of two units on an acre lot in a residential community. Conveniently located just 200 yards from Waccamaw Hostpital. Guest have access to private unit on lower level. Accommodates two vehicles. Guest cars park parallel to the front of building. Along side of the circle driveway where other cars coming and going can still have access to get around please. Please do not park in front of entryway to the unit, That is the driveway for owners to come and go from back to front. Thank you. Guest have access to the FRONT YARD ONLY. Guest DO NOT have access to the back yard. The back yard is for owners personal space only. We are always available by phone for our guests. Another unit is above this one and we are back and forth from running our campground in Southern WV and our business here at the beach. We are on the roundabout at Wachasaw road and Old Kings Hwy. We have two driveways. Top unit is driveway on the left and bottom unit is driveway on the right. This unit is the bottom unit. The front of the house faces Old Kings hwy. at the end of the road at Wachasaw is the Intercostal waterway. It’s about a mile to the end. You will pass Wachasaw golf course on your way there. Murrells Inlet Marshawalk is across the light at hwy 17 bypass and Wachasaw then take a left at 17 business and it will be down on your right. Owners live on top unit. Bungalow rental is bottom unit. We are here to assist you with any needs you may have. Additional rules No parties allowed. ONLY GUEST RESERVING BUNGALOW MAY STAY IN BUNGALOW. IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE ADDITIONAL GUEST (day or night) YOU MUST FIRST ALERT OWNER FOR APPROVAL. If additional guest are recognized without prior approval you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Guest must be 27 years of age to rent. Dishes are to be washed in dishwasher and left clean upon check out. Guest must dispose of all trash in the house before leaving. Place all TIED trash bags in big trash bin outside of door. At the end of your stay, please place all dirty linens in clothes bins in laundry room. Please park parallel in front of house to the left side of driveway so cars can pass on the horseshoe driveway. See pic in check in instructions. Please do not block access to the back yard. Guest have own entrance to the unit. Front yard is for Airbnb guest outdoor use. Please do not use back yard. This is our personal space. Please do not use neighbors yard on other side of red rope. Any stay longer than a week we provide directions to the trash and recycle place 2 streets over and the guest is required to dispose at their convenience. **Security cameras at each side door and back yard.** CHECK IN IS NOT UNTIL 3pm. IF YOU NEED TO CHECK IN EARLY YOU MUST CONFIRM WITH PROPERTY OWNER. If you do not like to follow rules or guidelines, this is not the place for you. Pets are considered on a base by base approval.
