Beautiful 3bd/2.5ba house in the heart of Pinetop, located walking distance to the famous Darbi’s Cafe and the Woodland Lake trails and a quick 30 minute drive to Sunrise Resort to hit the slopes. Just a five minute drive from everything in town, Peaceful Pines is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy yourself. Challenge your friends and family to a game of ping-pong in our garage game room or relax on the patio and enjoy the sunset! Bring your fur family along for the trip! Everything in our house is brand new down to the kitchenware and mattresses. We’ve got everything you need to cook up your favorite meals also! The house comfortably sleeps 7 adults and has everything you need from free Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, full kitchen, washer & dryer, central heat and AC and so much more. We’ve got board games for family board night, toys for your little ones, puzzles, Nintendo game system, and a collection of books in our kitchen library. The bedrooms are all upstairs with a half-bath off the kitchen downstairs. The primary suite has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom and the two other rooms are queen beds, including the bunk beds (and another full bath upstairs). We have a desk upstairs with a monitor if you want to work in the pines while you are visiting. The garage has a ping-pong table, an over-sized "Connect 4" game, a dart board, a couch, and oversized chair to lounge as well as a TV with Apple TV. Fully fenced in yard. Entire house is acessible to guests . Our neighborhood is great for walks at any time of the day! We have two driveways, one on either side of the front deck. The Neighborhood: Less than a mile from our favorite brewery and lunch/dinner spot, Pinetop Brewery is the spot to be and bring your four-legged family member to join you on the patio. Some of our other favorite, close-by spots are Cycleogical Coffee (gotta try the Ojai Matcha or Vanilla Latte and the breakfast burritos are out-of-this-world), Red Devil Pizza, Munich House (great to bring the kids and enjoy your food on their grass outdoor area!), Charlie Clark’s, and SO many more. Down the road from Safeway and Eddie’s Country Store and countless places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking. Woodland Lake Park is accessible via the walking trails down the street from us or a quick drive if you want to bring the whole family and has a playground for the kids and paved walking path around the whole lake.
