Should you have interest, you can rent additional units for a family reunion/ marriages / birthday parties etc. - We are very friendly and we looking to forward to host laid-back and easy going guests only. - Be honest about number of people and do not invite over friends, who doesnt stay at our property, if you do, You shall be escorted out without refund. - We are NOT a party house and pls do not even attempt to have a house party. You shall be escorted out with police and charges will be filed - This is township ordinance. It’s not worth it. - CLEANING : We have 2 cleaning crews who take the pride in getting your units ready and they are very meticulous in what they do. However, they are humans too and should you not be satisfied, you are welcome to call us within 2 hrs of your check in and We shall have them come back to reclean your property. Again, this is a vacation property at beach not Ritz Carlton. Please come to relax and enjoy. - Should you leave the property in extreme messy condition, your security deposit shall be withheld. - Town is pretty strict about Garbage and recycle. Clear instructions will be provided for township rules otherwise there are hefty penalties. BEACH BADGES We provide 8 free Beach badges with this rental. This is a $650 value for a weekly rental. Pls remember to leave it behind, each missing badges at the time of checkout would be charged at $80. PETS : While we welcome pets, we allow only small or medium size dogs that do not shed with our standard pet fee. No Large dogs or aggressive dogs are allowed. You are 1 block away from Marina / bay and couple of blocks from beach boardwalk. We are located further away from Seaside heights, yet its close enough that you can walk along the boardwalk.
