This cozy cottage feels brand new. It features 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed and Trundle bed (two twins), plus a pull-out sofa in the living room, & 1 full bath. This unit has 2 parking spots. Minutes to everything Old Orchard has to offer; the Trolley Bus stop is right outside and there are many eating places within walking distance! The property is located 1.5 miles from the pier and 1 mile from the beach. The unit is nestled in a quiet community, away from the party scene of OOB. Included with your stay are bed linens, blankets, pillows, shower towels, fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, dish soap, paper towels, trash liners, dish towels, coffee pot, a full-size refrigerator, etc. Central air keeps the unit at your perfect temperature anytime of year. In our shed, we have beach chairs, pack and play, beach games, stroller, high chair, kites, beach towels, and a few other odds and ends! There is a Webber Grill to use, which is also portable if you need to take it somewhere for a picnic or day adventure. This is a gated community (you will have a code) with strict By-Laws around quiet hours (11pm -7am). The speed limit is 5mph, and there is a code to access the unit as well (provided to you after booking). You will have access to the gym, clubhouse, and pool/hot tub during your stay! Two designated parking spaces in front of the unit. I will also add your license plate number to our resident parking pass, which will allow you free parking in Old Orchard Beach. 2 hours on main street, 4 hours any other meter and 2 day lots. (all for free) During your stay we will be readily available by text / call to answer any questions that may arise. Feel free to pick our brains for sight seeing, restaurants, drinks, day trips etc. I have lived around this area for over 30 years!! Located about a mile from the sandy beaches, walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes and coffee shops, an arcade, liquor store and more. A trolley bus stops outside every half an hour in peak season and will shuttle you to the pier and other locations for a small fee. After a fun day at the beach you will enjoy relaxing around the heated pool and hot tub. Fire up the grill and relax on our porch and enjoy your dinner as you watch the sunset from our cozy cottage. You will fall in love with the tranquillity of the porch as you relax after your fun filled day!! We have two dedicated parking spots included in your stay. If you bring your own vehicle we will add your license plate to our resident parking pass. This will allow you to park at two of the big beach parking lots all day, 4 hours on any meter or 2 hours on meters on main street. All for free. Parking at the beach is normall $20-$30 a day!! Great savings..... If you do not have a vehicle - no worries, there is a Trolley bus every half an hour (in peak season) that leaves just outside the cottage and will take you to downtown, the pier and many other stops!! You can uber from Portland Jet Port or The bus station fro about $30-$40 to the cottage. There is a bus from Logan airport to Portland if you fly into Boston.
