Our cabin offers a cozy and rustic retreat nestled among the scenic beauty of the area. - 1 bedroom and loft, 816 square feet -2 king beds -Hot tub -Outdoor fire pit -Smart Tvs -Conveniently located Our sweet cabin in the woods is a 816 square foot home with 1 bedroom and a loft, located minutes from Hochatown, the lake and Beavers Bend State Park. The spacious main floor primary bedroom features a king bed with Smart TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity with walk-in shower. There are 2 additional sleeping areas: Upstairs loft: King bed Sofa bed: Queen bed The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The eat in kitchen comfortably seats 4. The main floor living space has a gorgeous floor to ceiling stone gas log fireplace with comfortable seating for 5 and a large Smart TV. Please note there are no local television stations connected to the TVs. If you're planning to watch a big game or something important, you'll need to find a streaming service compatible with a Smart TV. There is a full size washer and dryer and a starter kit of amenities provided. The outdoor space is surrounded by mature native trees. Enjoy the hot tub on the back porch. The front and back porch are both covered and there is outdoor seating in both areas. There is a wood burning fire pit 4 adirondack chairs and charcoal bbq grill. We have a 5 person maximum and 3 vehicle maximum. No third party bookings allowed. You get the entire cabin! Host is available on the app from 9am-9pm local time. Our cabin is conveniently located to Broken Bow, Hochatown, the lake and Beavers Bend State Park. We are set back off the main road so it's quiet and private. The cabin is located: -175 miles or 3 hours from Dallas, TX. -245 miles or 4 hours from Oklahoma City, OK -200 miles or 3.5 hours from Tulsa, OK -175 miles or 3 hours from Little Rock, AR -170 miles or 3 hours from Shreveport, LA The Red Tape: We want you to enjoy your time in this cabin but do not put our rental permit at risk or you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet time is 10pm-9am. We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 5. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave. This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke in our cabin you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. The hot tub is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hot tub. - No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. - Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet. Absolutely no open flames of any kind including candles in the cabin. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
