Built in the early 1900’s by a bootlegger family, this home has been beautifully modernized to bring you comfort, while maintaining the historic charm of the earlier years. This home is in the happening historic downtown district, close to the Newberry, eateries, coffee shops, Gibson Park, and shopping! This mansion is 3 stories, with full access to the first two levels, and access to room #7 on the third floor. The main level features the porch, main kitchen, dining/living area, and two king bedrooms with ensuite half baths. Up the stairs to the second level, you will find two full bathrooms, two queen bedrooms, a bedroom with two twins, and the bonus room with additional seating, kitchenette, dining space, and laundry access. The third level is features an east facing room that leans into the original era, with two rocking chairs for some quiet time and sunrise watching. There is a studio apartment that is also attached off to the side of the main home (a quirk of the age of the home) that a full time tenant lives in. Driveway is accessed off of a one-way street, please use caution when backing out. This Mansion is located in the downtown historic district of Great Falls. Close to the Newberry, eateries, breweries and coffee shops! Single wide driveway parking is provided for guests, additional vehicles can be parked behind the initial vehicle. Street parking is also available in front of the home.
