Looking for an affordable place to stay and make memories? Stay at Pops, this four bedroom home is located in Milford, DE. Right across the road from the DE Turf! We’re 39 minutes (30 miles) to Rehoboth Beach, DE Turf is 2 minutes (.08 miles) and Dover, DE is 17 minutes (14 miles). The home has plenty of parking and room for a family to enjoy their time away from home! There’s two areas to watch Tv, one is in the living room and the other is in the bedroom off the kitchen. There’s also a washer and dryer in the bed room with the twin beds. The bathroom offers a walk in shower (no tub) and toilet off the hallway and a half bath room is off the main bedroom. The home as a large backyard which guest are aloud to use just be careful of sticks, holes and other items which maybe in the backyard. There are two sheds in the backyard which are off limits. There’s a screened in porch off the back of them home for guests to enjoy their morning coffee or late afternoon snack. Please note we do have security cameras located on the Outside of the property. If you would like a late check out other than the 11am check out an additional charge will be added. $50 late check out fee Please keep animals/pets off the furniture, this includes beds and couches. Excessive pet hair on furniture or in the linens will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please use the first drive way exit/entrance on and off the property. The first entrance has the brick lights at the end of the driveway. The second exit it currently blocked with traffics cones due to the uneven asphalt. Guest will have access to the entire house except for the garage, basement, attic, mechanical closets or sheds in the back yard. We ask that you respect these off limits and do not attempt to gain entry into these areas. The home is off Route 1, there’s a large farm field behind the property and quite neighbors around. Parking There is off street parking in the driveway. Entry to the Home We have a key pad lock on the door by the garage and you will receive the new code prior to arriving. Simply punch in your code then you will hear the door unlocking. When leaving please pull the door towards yourself and push the lock button for two seconds. The dead bolt will engage and the door will be locked. Please double check that the door is locked by trying to open the door. Quiet Hours Surrounding houses are homes to working families and we ask that you please respect them by following the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Restaurants We recommend our favorites! Frederica Pizza House (pasta & pizza), JP Wharf (seafood), Arena’s (deli sandwiches) or La hacienda ( Mexican ). Check Ins are at 3 pm and I will send you a code to the door by the garage. ( the door facing the driveway) Check Outs are at 11 am, Please leave the linens and towels in the laundry baskets. ( one should be in each room) Please remove all belongings and food from the property before leaving. Please take off the linens off the beds and leave in laundry baskets. Please note there will be a $50 charge for peeing in the beds, dogs using the bathroom inside and for vomit clean up. If this occurs please let me know so i can bring the appropriate supplies for the cleaners and equipment to clean the mess. Please place the soil linens in a clean trash bag and leave outside on the back porch. Please remove make up before using the linens, make up stains the linens. If the stain does not come out there will be a replacement fee. If you have an electrical vehicle that requires charging please inform me of this before attempting to charge. The house does not have a charging stations for electric car charging. Please do not flush anything that’s human waste down the toilets etc female products, flushable wipes, baby wipes, disinfect wipes or hair down the toilets. Pets must be on a leash at all time when outside. Please do not leave pets unattended when outside and do not sure patio furtive to build walls/gates. Please note we do have security cameras located on the Outside of the property. Please be respectful of the home, property and neighbors. There are absolutely no parties or unapproved people allowed on the property without written notice/approval from the host. The max amount of people is 10 people. If there’s more than the allowed amount per your air BNb reservation there will be an extra per person and swift removal of the unapproved person.
