Our fully updated 2 bedroom condo is located in beautiful Bartlett, just 3 min from Storyland and Jackson Village, 10 min to North Conway, Mount Washington, and Attitash. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning. Many new updates including a brand new bedroom set and mattresses and brand new sectional with pullout sleep sofa in living room. Jacuzzi tub upstairs. Multiple pools, jacuzzi hot tubs, game room, playground, and hiking trials are all walking distance. Family getaways! NO PETS! We have spent the last year fully updating our unit to make it comfortable for our guests. Sleeping accommodations: 1st bedroom upstairs has a King bed, jacuzzi tub 2nd bedroom has a full bed, 2 twin bunk beds (new furniture and mattresses) Sectional couch has a queen pullout bed. Full kitchen (new cookware, drip coffee maker, popcorn air popper, and griddle for pancakes makes for a cozy morning or movie night). Washer/dryer, air conditioning, gas fire place. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, taking in the views and mountain air! No pets (child allergy) and no smoking please. Thank you! calling or texting with owner if questions arise. Pool is accessible with a key fob. We will leave this for guests. There may be an attendant at the entrance in which case you may need to pay $31 for a day pass. If the attendant is not there, you may use our key fob. (Lost key fob is $25 to replace).
