All the Furniture and bedding items has been handpicked & carefully selected for your comfort & enjoyment. This is a big room, equipped with a brand-new & super comfortable Queen bed. The room is located on the second floor and have a dedicated workspace are with a desk and a comfortable chair, high speed internet, table lamps, big closets, lounge chair, ceiling fan as well as other amenities. There are 2 types of hypoallergenic pillows available to choose from (soft and firm). The house has been completely remodeled, recently. Park and gallery outside the house are open to our guests to enjoy and relax . All the furniture is brand new, as well as all of the items on the room. Everything has been carefully selected, curated, and handpicked to make your stay more pleasant and to provide you the highest possible quality. The kitchen is available to guest to prepare light meals and to dining or have breakfast in that space. Guests also have access to the TV and family room, as well as the backyard and park, as mentioned before. There are 2 complete bathrooms, one in the second floor, and one in the first floor. Both bathrooms may be shared with other guests, IF there is a concurrent reservation at the time of your reservation. Guest do not have access to front living room and dining room at this time.. Guests will be accessing the house using the smart lock on the main door. An automated message will be received by the guest at the time of the reservation is confirmed with the code to access the property. Please use the personal code provided and push on the check symbol right after. Closed the door completely and the door will be locked automatically upon entrance. Guests can use their own room, plus the kitchen for light meals, the TV room, and the galleria on the back of the house. This room share the detached bathroom showed on the listing's pics with the King Bedroom next to this listing (Queen bed room). There is an additional bathroom on the first floor and a detached shower as well on the first floor. I would not be at the property at all, except for any maintenance need it on the property, special cleaning or unforeseen circumstance.
