Plan your summer vacation at our custom built & impeccably maintained cozy chalet nestled in the peaceful woods. Outdoor features include fire pit, oversized deck with bbq. Walking distance to Lake Harmony access & lake activity rentals (kayaks, SUP), beach access, beach bar. Near restaurants, golf course, mini golf, indoor waterpark, arcade, bowling, movie theater, hiking, wineries, breweries, ATV, Jim Thorpe & kid/family friendly activities. Newly furnished living area with gas fire stove. Second living area adjacent to eat in kitchen includes sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms each with a full bed, 2 full bathrooms on main floor, one equipped with a jacuzzi tub with bubbles and bath salts. Second floor has a communal play space, 1/2 bath & two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full and single bed. Second bedroom has a full bed and futon. Front porch and back deck with sitting area, bbq, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and hammock (in warmer months) perfect for outdoor dining and admiring wildlife. Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners closet. I will not be available on site but am happy to answer any questions you may have. Our home is located a block from the lake and in walking distance to lakeside activity rentals, beach bar, Split Rock Town Center (bowling, arcade, movie theatre, mini golf) and the Hub (grocery, food, ice cream, bar). Also short drive to Pocono Speedway and Jim Thorpe. In the winter we offer a plow service for the driveway when it snows above 2 inches and upon availability of our contractor. Free parking in the driveway. Golf cart is not included. Walking distance to many amenities mentioned in the neighborhood section. Kid friendly amenities include one booster seat, one pack and play with mattress and sheet, assorted toys, games and children’s books. Basement includes washer and dryer. Wood burning fireplace is currently out of service. Gas fire stove in family room is available for use. Air conditioning unit available for living area. The rest of the house has window, ceiling or portable fans for extra cooling. A security camera is located outside by the entrance for security of the property. Potential additional fees: -For parties 6 or more, an additional cleaning fee of $75 will be applied. -Failure to comply with house rules/quiet hours will result in a $500 fee and immediate removal from the property. -Groups with number of guests greater than listed on the reservation will be charged a $500 fee and will be removed from the property immediately. -any damages to the property will result in a minimum $500 fee (subject to change depending on severity)
