Guests enjoyed the house and the resort area as well. We have bicycles and additional toys in the garage. Media rooms have foosball, hockey table, xbox, quest vr and theater setup. TVs have direct tv setup. Downstair living area has PlayStation5 and blueray disc player setup with many DvDs to choose from. Kitchen area is very large to prepare food for large family gatherings. It is a complete kitchen w/ center island and bar seating. Sonos Move is in the kitchen area that you can move around to listen to music. Outdoor area has Weber grill, firepit, 2 sets of outdoor furniture, 7-8 person hot tub, infrared heaters, sound system, and backyard access to golf area. No Suncadia pool access offered but you can use Suncadia resort reservations for activities. Backyard is next to golf area which offers unique advantages when golf area is not in use like evenings and winter time to enjoy large open green area. When golf sessions are active, field is only for golf. Winter time you can just step into cross country ski track from backyard! Please keep the number of cars in the front to max 3 so neighbor is not blocked! We will charge extra cleaning fee if you leave the house in unacceptable condition!
