Enter through the main door and be greeted by the floor-to-ceiling, stunning gas fireplace made of stone (use is allowed from October 31 through March 31 ONLY). The great room has a spacious and comfortable sectional along with a new Smart flat screen TV that has streaming capability. Behind the great room sectional is a farmhouse style dining table with seating for all. The game room is directly connected to the great room. The game room has another new Smart TV, two classic arcade machines, and board games! Guests may enjoy cooking and prepping meals in the updated and fully equipped kitchen which offers stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, crock-pot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker, dishware/flatware, and more! The stacked washer and dryer are to the right of the kitchen and available for guest use. BEDROOM LAYOUT: There are four bedrooms in total. Bedroom 1 is the primary bedroom and offers a comfortable King Bed, electric fireplace, and a gorgeous, full in suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is across the hall from Bedroom 1 and offers a Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and offers a Twin/Full Bunk Bed with a pull-out Twin Trundle Bed. Bedroom 4 is off the dining room area and offers a Double Bed. All bedrooms have a Smart TV, new bedding, and great lighting from the windows, which have curtains for privacy! OUTDOOR LIVING: There is a private yard for this home in addition to a screened in deck off the game room that boasts furniture for an additional dining area as well as a large propane grill for guest enjoyment and use (guests must refill the propane tank if it becomes empty).
