La Banana Cabana has room for 12 guests in 4 bdrms/3 baths plus a private outdoor shower (with hot water). Our guests have access to our community pool and additional parking. Our home is located in a family friendly community and boasts a fun game room with shuffleboard, foosball and an 80's arcade machine with over 400 of your favorite games!! Take a 5min drive or 10min walk and your toes will hit the sand! Banana Cabana is close to all of Port A's restaurants, coffee shops & shopping! Upstairs - 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Master bedroom is large and has a King bed, TV & ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo & double vanity. Bunk Room sleeps 4 in twin bed bunks. Queen bedroom has a TV and is just down the hall from a full bathroom with a shower & single vanity. The kitchen upstairs opens to the living room where there is a sectional couch and large smart TV. We have Roku and HuluLiveTV with Spectrum WiFi. Downstairs (separate entry) - walk into our game room! Foosball table, shuffleboard & old-school Galaga machine with over 400 of your favorite arcade games along with a 60" TV, kitchenette with Keurig & beverage fridge. There is also a full bathroom downstairs with a shower & single vanity. The bedroom downstairs can sleep 4 with a queen bed below 2 twin-XL bunks. The bedroom downstairs also has it's own 40" SmartTV. Outside we have added a PRIVATE shower with hot water! This should make cleaning up after a long beach day a bit easier and relaxing. There is a community walk a short walk from our house. The beach is a 10min walk via a shortcut taking Anchor Dr. to Sand Point Cir. and a boardwalk to the beach. Or you could walk/drive via Sandcastle Dr. to the beach. Our guests can use the entire home, community pool and community parking spaces if necessary. Hello!! The neighborhood is family friendly, has a community pool and is close to town and the beach. We are located on the beach side of 361 so we’re in a golf cart friendly zone. We highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around! We have parking for 4 vehicles at our home and additional parking, if needed, by the community pool. The beach is a 5min drive or 10min walk and getting to town takes 10-15mins depending where you’re going! Golf carts are the way to get around in Port A! ** You must be 25 years of age to rent! **
