You will have an access to the entire space and no other residents on the property, plus some amenities are included in this rental. While we will not be physically available, we are always available via Airbnb messenger! We do not stay in the premise. Petworth is known for its community events. Held in early summer, Celebrate Petworth is an annual event anchored around art, music, food, healthy living and family. You will want to visit the festival’s Arts Zone, featuring local arts vendors, clothing boutiques, live muralists and performance artists. Little ones will love the Kids Zone, which includes crafts, a puppet theater and Storytime. Great transportation and great commute, there are 2 Major bus stations on the street adjacent to the building. One of them faces the building and will take you the metro station. The bus serves DC and Maryland. Driving, we are 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring, 19mn from Bethesda, 9mn from Howard University and 18mn from Downtown DC. PETS ✤ We have pet fee of $50/pet/stay. INTERNET CONNECTION: ✤ Guests staying at the vacation home are allowed to use the internet connection provided. Tampering with or damaging the connection and accessing illegal material in any way is prohibited. Breaking these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without any refunds. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: ✤Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.
