Whether you want to relax in our "Timeout" area sippin' on a glass of wine or outside in the Fire-pit sitting area making smores, you will enjoy every moment creating memories with your family & friends! The house sleeps 7 guest comfortably but can sleep up to 8. Additional fees may apply for more than 7 guests. You paid for it, so you can access the entire house area! If at any time you need assistance, please message me through airbnb messaging center. I usually respond within 30 min. Quiet neighborhood Convienent location 3min from Heb 12 min to ferry landing 15 min from Port Aransas Beach 15 min from Downtown Rockport Parking is located on the property in front of the house to the left side. Boat parking available to far right side inside property fence. There is a $50 nonrefundable pet deposit PER pet. There is a max of 2 pets under 15lbs allowed. All pets must be registered on the reservation. Failure to register your pets will result in a non- refundable pet deposit of $75 Please do not allow your pets on the furniture. Pets are to be kenneled at ALL times inside the house. Fees may apply for deep cleaning services due to pet hair on furniture/ or in house. There will be a charge of $60 for any additional guest.
