This cabin is located in the lake community Towamensing Trails which features a lake for kayaking, lake beach for swimming, community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, horse shoe pits, kids playground and more. Guests at Pine Trees cabins get access to all community amenities, including the 2 complimentary guest kayaks stored at the marina. Update: hot tub available beginning October 2023 Entire cabin is available for use. Available via message & text. Towamensing trails 2 kayaks are provided to guests during their stay. there is NO AC in the cabin - it's the woods and it gets very cool at night. The cabin itself is surrounded by trees, nature's original air conditioning. It is quite pleasant at night and we have never had any issues. Each room has ceiling fans as well for air circulation. You must take your own trash to the dump located on Towamensing Trails near route 903. You must wear your rental badges on your wrist at all times while visiting and keep your rental car pass in your car at all times in the community. There are wild animals in the Poconos. Never leave food outside or feed animals. For your pet's safety keep your dog on a leash at all times when outdoors. There are black bears around. They will leave you alone if you leave them alone. Pine Trees is pet friendly but pets must be house trained and kept in a crate when left alone at the cabin. The furniture is NOT for pets and guests should bring their own bedding for their animals. Cabin blankets are for humans and are not to be used for pets. PET LIMIT: 2 pets per stay
