You will enjoy peace and quiet with a gorgeous lake/mountain view from the rental. You can access hiking, fishing, boat ramps, swimming, and small watercraft entry nearby. If you want to be close to the lake, this is the place for you! This location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown with all the restaurants and attractions that Helena has to offer. ***Brand new structure*** You will have access to a full kitchen, 1 bathroom, & 2 queen size beds (1 free standing queen bed & a pull out bed in the sleeper sofa). Our kitchen is fully stocked and well equipped for cooking meals if that is what you prefer. The entire guest suite/studio apartment is yours for the duration of your stay! Feel free to park anywhere in front of the garage door. The grill on the back of the house is for our guests—-please feel free to use anytime. We use the back door to enter our home so you will have complete privacy during your stay. We will not bother you at all. However, we are available if you need anything so please feel free to reach out anytime! We are located in Lakeside. Plenty of parking on the property. *****This property has a set of stairs to enter. If you have trouble navigating stairs—this is not the Airbnb for you. Safety is most important!***** ***Certified Service dogs are welcome. ***No pets—however we will sometimes make exceptions to our dog policy and allow 1 small dog that can be crated while you’re away from the rental. Just send us a message and we will review/consider. You must have pre-approval to bring a pet.
