Sound travels easily in the desert - quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. FIRE Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and overnight guests. PETS (2) dogs under 25 lbs are allowed during your stay. Dogs must be pre-approved before booking and an added $80 pet fee will be due before check-in. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the house policy.
