The WilderNest is a part of the Pocono Farms Country Club community, and is conveniently located right off of PA Route 611 highway. As you step inside The WilderNest, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living space--seamlessly combining the great room, dining area, and kitchen--providing a PERFECT gathering place for all of our guests to socialize with some food and refreshments, or to just simply RELAX! Even on days where you just don't feel like leaving the house or the weather has taken a turn for the worst, The WilderNest offers a wonderful game room in the loft area with plenty of fun board games, card games, puzzles, an arcade, a dartboard, and even a foosball table. Access to the attic, garage, crawlspace, and maintenance closet are NOT PERMITTED. Community Amenities: Beach access, kayak/paddleboard, fishing (PA State fishing license w/trout stamp and access wristband required for fishing in Echo Lake), boating (max 1.5hp trolling motor), tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, outdoor Olympic-size heated pool w/kiddie splash pad, playground, bocce ball/shuffle board, full 18-hole golf course w/practice facility (additional green/cart fees apply), community garden *seasonal*, fitness center (additional daily fees apply), restaurant/bar & grill, and clubhouse. *NOTE: COMMUNITY BEACH LAKE & POOL SEASONS TYPICALLY STARTS & ENDS AROUND MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THRU LABOR DAY WEEKEND. +Registration: All overnight guests (up to 6 guests of ages +6yo) are granted access wristbands that can be picked up at the clubhouse--this grants you access to all the community amenities such as the restaurant/bar & grill, beach, pool, activity rentals (kayaks, paddle boards, bocceball/shuffleboard, tennis/pickleball, basketball). Daily rates applies to golf and the fitness center. The fitness center is $10/person/day. Check with the Pro Shop for booking tee times and rates. Additional daily wristbands may be purchased for $8/person and applies to persons ages 6 and up. *NOTE: CERTAIN COMMUNITY AMENITIES MAY HAVE LIMITED ACCESS BASED ON SEASONALITY AND WEATHER-PERMITTING. Pocono Farms Country Club When booking with us at The WilderNest, there are additional details to consider: -We allow a MAXIMUM of 10 guests at any given time on premise. Please inquire with us if you would like to bring extra guests (subject to fees beyond 8). -We also allow early check-in for a fee. Please inquire with us if you would like to check-in early. -Our property is very conveniently located right off of state highway 611. -The end of the driveway leads to a bend on the road. Pulling a vehicle out of the driveway could be tricky as there may be blind spots. Please be extra cautious when pulling out of the driveway. -Quiet hours in the community begins at 10pm every day. -Cooling: ceiling fans, in-wall mini-split units, and casement windows. -Heating: in-wall mini-split units, smart thermostat-controlled baseboards, and a wooden indoor fireplace. -Our house is NOT equipped with central AC. -We provide all basic toiletries, including bath towels and basic linens. -Pool and Beach towels are not provided by us nor is it provided by the community. We highly suggest that our guests bring their own pool/beach towels -Pool/beach lounge chaises are provided by the Pocono Farms CC -COMMUNITY BEACH LAKE & POOL SEASONS TYPICALLY STARTS & ENDS AROUND MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THRU LABOR DAY WEEKEND. -CERTAIN COMMUNITY AMENITIES MAY HAVE LIMITED ACCESS BASED ON SEASONALITY AND WEATHER-PERMITTING. -Safety/security: There are ONLY outdoor security cameras including a doorbell security camera pointing outward towards the perimeter of the house. They all are capable of recording visual, audio, and are sensitive to motion. There are no other recording devices on premise. There are absolutely no recording devices indoors. -Please respect check-in and check-out times. We do allow early check-in at a fee--please inquire with us if you would like to check-in early. -There is a pet waste station located in the backyard. Please pick up all pet waste and discard at waste station. -At the time of booking, you MUST provide us with the following information for each overnight guest for registration purposes: 1) First and last name 2) DOB or age -The first 6 registered guests (age 6+) will receive paid wristbands at the clubhouse that allows full access to the community's amenities during your reservation's entirety (except for golfing and the fitness center--daily green/cart fees and daily fitness fees applies per guest and can be paid for at the main member services office) NOTE: all guests age 5 and under do not need access wristbands -Guest registration is required for all of our bookings. It is highly encouraged that our guest(s) complete their guest registration immediately to avoid any fees. Please submit all guest information at least 4 days in advance of your reservation. -We do not provide beach or pool towels. The provided bath towels must remain at the house.
