Check out Farmer’s Markets, hiking, whitewater rafting, fishing, river front walking and bike paths, the Good Food Store, bus line (free), several local micro-breweries, a cider house, and the University of Montana. Kitchen, living room, laundry, porch, fenced yard, bbq. As much or as little as guest is comfortable with. I'm familiar w/ community events, live music, restaurants and recreation (e.g. hiking, hotsprings, biking, kayaking, skiing) in and around Missoula and I'm happy to share info and recommendations w/ guests. Eclectic, conveniently centrally located, and quiet. Yes, conveniently located, multiple bus stops w/n several blocks, and bicycle available for use by guest. A short Uber or Lyft ride from airport and downtown. The front of my house faces a walkway that is set back from 7th Street.
