You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Park your car and leave it there for the week if you like. You can walk to everything- Town, Shops Restaurants plus The Beach, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. Big Pine is a comfortable place to relax. You have a roomy kitchen and comfortable living space. Each bedroom has it's own AC. Also a great screened porch with a new patio. Downstairs is a bedroom and bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bath. Kitchen- Range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle. New counters and plenty of room.....plus a pot to cook lobster! Dining room- Nice table and chairs for six. Bird feeders directly outside to watch. Living room- 2 couches and chair, plus TV. Seaside theme, games and books. A great place to relax and plan the next day. Bedroom 1- A queen bed, dresser seating and closet. Bath 1 - 3/4 bath with shower. Also a washer dryer, iron and ironing board, make-up mirror and blow dryer. Bedroom 2 - the largest bedroom with a skylight, seating and more seaside decor. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, another skylight and fun features if kids are part of your group. Bath 2- a full bath close to both bedrooms. Patio- a new patio with an outdoor shower, table with umbrella and gas BBQ. Porch- Screen windows and casual decor. Yard- nice lawn area around the house with room to play, a clothesline, firepit and sidewalk to take you to town. This is a 2 story cottage, a single family property not shared or divided. Guests get to access the entire property. The hosts live nearby. We can be texted or called when the reservation is made. Nice residential neighbor hood on a side street close to sidewalks that lead directly to town center 5 minutes walk away. Big Pine has 2 parking spaces exclusive for the use of guests. Down the sidewalk and across the street is a sidewalk leading directly to town. Great neighborhood. Quiet side street but close enough to everything you might want to do going on in town- just a short walk away. Parking for 2 cars, but will fit 3 in a pinch.
