Everything is for you. There is a private parking space in the back for one car. Otherwise, side street parking is easy and free. NOTE: Parking in front is not allowed. I am available via Airbnb message or by phone if needed. The house is located in the Byrd Park neighborhood, which is the area surrounding Byrd Park. It is a residential area with plenty of lakes, paths, and parks for walking, running, or relaxing. The historic gardens of Maymont Park are also located within a short 5 minute walk. The area around Byrd park is calm and residential but in 10 minutes, you can walk to the Fan or Carytown, which is full of great shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. VCU and downtown Richmond are also within a very short drive. It's easy to find free or metered street parking all over Richmond. Just pay attention to the parking signs.
