This townhome was just built in 2020, and the Airbnb basement portion was finished in 2022, giving this space a new clean and fresh aesthetic. While the rest of the townhome is lived-in by us, the owners, all of the space you are booking is completely private. Life in Lanc provides you with a private separate entrance to the walk-out basement, which includes a living room, sleeping area, kitchenette, 2 eating spaces, full bathroom, and outdoor patio/yard space. Life in Lanc is conveniently nestled in a quiet, no through-traffic neighborhood, away from the hustle & bustle, but still a short drive to all Lanc has to offer. While I ask you don’t park in the driveway, there are endless parking spaces in the parking lot right out front. None are reserved. Feel free to take a walk around the neighborhood loop. There is a walking trail that takes you down over the creek via a bridge to another cute neighborhood. Otherwise, would suggest driving if you plan to leave the neighborhood. Hill: while there are no steps, this Airbnb is located in the downstairs living quarters of our townhome, a walk-out basement. To get to and from the private sliding glass door entrance, you will need to walk down a slight incline in the grass. So please take a look at the pictures to see if this is something you feel comfortable with, prior to booking.
