Whatley Place is a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes from the Augusta National golf course to help you avoid the usual Washington road Masters traffic. The neighbored is minutes from the Augusta National, downtown Augusta, Surrey Center and the SRP park. There are a large variety of unique local restaurants and coffee shops nearby in downtown Augusta and downtown North Augusta. Being in North Augusta there are many routes to get to the masters so you can avoid traffic, I can leave those routes for you if needed. But you would cross I-20 over the Savanah River from NA into Augusta (near Costco) or go through downtown NA and up River Watch toward Costco. Both routes only 10-15 minutes (of course traffic depending) to golf course.
