Five minute drive to shops, restaurants, and theater on the east side of town. Main level living. Kitchen stocked with all tools you'll need, usually a few basics on site such as salt, pepper, oil. We'll keep hot drinks stocked; hot chocolate mix, coffee for the Keurig. Primary suite has it's own "kitchen armoire," complete with microwave, toaster, dishes, cups and a Keurig and mini fridge. Primary suite is two steps down from main living, and on the other side of the laundry for more privacy. Patio in front for guests and at side for guests. Basement apartment with separate outside entry occupied by caretaker, backyard is for caretaker's many gardening projects. Forget your toiletries? We stock Terra Pure body wash, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. Super comfortable beds, freshly laundered. Clean linens in bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom with king, two bedrooms with queens, and living room has daybed with trundle. If you use the trundle, linens are provided in the closet near the front entry. The entire main level is yours. Find the primary suite through the door in the dining. The basement apartment has a separate outside entry and the caretaker will not come through your space. You have use of the front yard and the patio off the primary suite. Backyard is reserved for the caretaker's multitude of gardening projects. We will not be on-site to take care of guests, but we can be reached via phone or text. This is our home away from home. Owner has a debilitating allergy to dogs. Please respect the no pets rule. If a dog comes into the house, we have to charge an additional $200 cleaning fee to do a thorough deep clean to remove all pet hair and dander.
