This totally private apartment boasts an ocean block location. Walk to everything - beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops, amusements and more. Perfect for couples or a small family. The quiet and relaxing two bedroom, one bath unit with full kitchen is located on the ground floor with off-street parking for one car. There is a private screened-in porch, an outdoor shower and a bicycle rack. Upon request, pet-friendly for dogs only. No cats. There is a non-refundable fee of $350/dog per stay. The main building has four separate apartments. Our apartment is Unit A, which is on the left side of the ground floor as you stand at the street facing the building. Entrance to the apartment is by the keypad on the electronic lock. The main living area has plenty of seating with a full size sofa, recliner, and three chairs. There is also a small table featuring two fold-up leaves with four folding wooden chairs stored inside. The living room television is hooked up to a Roku player which can be used for streaming services like Netflix. Free WiFi is included. Password will be provided prior to occupancy. The space will sleep four (4) people comfortably in the two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet, a dresser, and its own TV. One set of bed linens will be provided for each bed. During the months of May to September four beach chairs will be provided for your use. We do NOT provide beach towels or umbrellas. Dogs only (no other animals) are allowed upon request. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $40/day per dog. There is a full kitchen stocked with: * Refrigerator/freezer with ice maker * Electric range (stove & oven) * Dishwasher * Microwave * Coffee maker * Toaster * Blender * Glasses, dishes & silverware * Cooking pots, pans & utensils The bathroom has a combination shower/tub. Shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash, will be provided. There will be one set of towels (bath, hand and washcloth) per person. A washer and dryer are located within the unit. Outside the entrance is a private screened in porch facing the street with a small table and seating for four, providing a perfect place to sit and relax while watch the passers-by with a morning coffee or a cool evening beverage. The apartment is self-contained and completely private. The screened in porch facing the street is also private. The only amenity that is shared is the outside shower. There is one off-street parking space in the rear of the building. Parking in front of the unit is not metered, but during the summer months a city-issued permit is required. Permits are readily available at multiple stands located on the roads into town. Typically, you will not have any face-to-face interaction with the host. However, host is local and available to assist. Located in a very quiet area of South Rehoboth on King Charles Avenue across from St. Edmond's Catholic Church. Located on the ocean block, walk to the beach and boardwalk without having to cross the street. Upon arrival, park your car in the provided off street parking space and leave it there all week while you walk to everything in town. Street parking in front of the apartment is free, but from May 15 to September 15 a city-wide parking permit is required. The permits are sold at city hall and curbside locations upon the approach to the city. Minimum one month stay.
