Three bedrooms are as follows: Master (2nd Floor) - King bed Bedroom (1st Floor) - Queen bed Bedroom (1st Floor) - 2 bunk beds, or 4 single beds Two full baths with an additional outdoor shower. Full access to the home and storage shed, which includes 4 adults bikes, beach chairs and toys for guest use. We are located directly across from an expansive park which includes a playground for the children and basketball, tennis and pickleball courts for everyone else. The bay with a public lookout point is just one block in one direction and the beach is three blocks in the other. Vibrant downtown Avalon is a just a short walk, bike or drive. Guests will have access to one parking spot in the driveway and there is plentiful, free street parking. Uber and Lyft are available year-round. Jitney transportation services are available during the seasonal summer months. The house offers complimentary use of our 4 adult beach cruiser bicycles. Newly upgraded internet - 200 mbps!
