Home has an open floor plan with the master suite ( mine) right off the living room. Guest room is upstairs full size bed , the house is old and the stairs are steep. Guest have their own bathroom with toilet and sink, but shower access is through the master suite. Kitchen use if desired is fine. hot tub is open for use as long as house rules are followed.
