This vacation home features two bedrooms each with private bath, along with a living area accented by a large skylight, wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. A large flat-screen Amazon TV with cable and wifi, blu-ray player, and a large selection of books, DVDs, and puzzles always ensure something to do. This place is perfect for couples or solo getaways! The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to a full bathroom which as been renovated with a river rock showerfloor and marble counter. The upstairs master suite features a queen bed, a desk and office chair, a large private bathroom, and secluded leisure loft. The beds have new mattresses and Bed-Bug covers on the mattresses and sleeping pillows. The upstairs bathroom also includes a one-person soaking tub. If you are coming for snow activities, we have a Ski Closet outside by the front door which you will have access too as well. Guests will have two full bedrooms and all common areas to themselves. There is a third bedroom that is used as a store room for family belongings, but the rest of the townhouse will be available for all renters to enjoy. We are available through the AirBNB app should you have any questions or concerns. Please also note that some blocked days in our schedule MAY be family holds. If there is a blocked day that you are interested in, please let us know. There are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance of the townhouse: Boulder View Tavern is a 3 minute walk off the back porch. Nicks Lake House, Piggy's Shenanigans, and Louie's Prime are all a 15 minute walk from the front porch. There are also many restaurants, antique shops, outlet malls just a short drive away. Three minutes to Big Boulder and 30+/- min. to 3 other ski areas. Hickory Run State Park 10 min away. Historic Jim Thorpe 25 min. H2Ooooh water park 5 min. Kalahari & Great Wolf Lodge 25 min. Pocono Raceway is 10 min. Mount Airy Casino 30 min. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment including several casseroles, pots & pans, a large crock pot, and a lobster pot. We also treat the pantry as a "penny dish": its stocked with basic spices, vinegar, oil and such. Feel free to use what you need.
