House is located within a few minutes drive to Big Boulder and Poconos Raceway. Jack Frost is about a 15 minute drive and Camelback about 30 minutes away. Most of Poconos attractions are within a 30 minute drive from the house. There’s a lake with a sand beach less than 5 minutes walking. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Opportunity to see wildlife such as deer and bears. Existing sleeping configuration is for 8 people: 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in Den. Additional guests will need to make their own sleeping arrangements. Up to 10 overnight guests are allowed. Current pricing is for up to 6 persons. There’s an additional charge of $50 per person per night. Guests who stay 10 days or more will have use of the clothes washer and dryer. Guests have access to the entire house except for 2 storage closets that are locked. Currently, the sun room is off limits. Accessible by phone or email. Close to Poconos attractions. Vehicle or bicycle is a must for getting around. Please observe HOA rules and regulations. All vehicles must be registered with Briercrest Woods Security. There’s a tiered fee for up to 4 overnight registered vehicles per renter per stay starting at $60 for short term up to $100 for longer stays. There’s a $10 charge for each additional vehicle. All day visitors must have their vehicles registered as well. Only 6 total vehicles are allowed at any given time.
